Change is in the air! The weather is changing, the leaves are changing colors, we’ve elected a new President of the United States, and soon the Holiday Season will be here!

Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I’ll admit while I love to shop, I do my best to avoid the holiday madness at the mall during the season. But still I find myself shuffling amongst the sea of shoppers and I realize that I still love the enormously decorated Christmas trees, decorations, the lights, and the spirit of giving that comes along with the Holidays.

While San Jose winters are definitely a change from what I remember as a child growing up in Hawaii. The spirit of the season remains the same. It’s a time for acquaintances, co-workers, friends and family to gather. It’s also a time for everyone to share in the spirit of giving and to simply enjoy one another’s company.
