Italian Summer Cocktail Recipe

1 oz ABSOLUT CITRON Vodka
1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Campari Liqueur
½ oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Pasteurized egg Whites

Meg Whitman, former CEO of eBay was the guest speaker for the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Leadership group. The event, sponsored by corporations including Bank of America, Cisco, Fry’s Electronics and Applied Materials, drew nearly 400 to the DoubleTree Hotel San Jose. Other prominent guests included San Jose’s Mayor, Chuck Reed.

Black Firefighter’s Association hosted the Mayor of San Jose, Chuck Reed earlier in the day.

Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops at the Doubletree Hotel San Jose will host Mother’s Day Brunch on May 10, 2009. Make your reservations early so that you have a great place to celebrate Mom!
